Your responsibilities
- You build and maintain our fire suppression systems.
- You eliminate disruptions and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will act professionally and courteously towards customers and embody our quality promise at all times.
- You will work closely with the project management team to bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
- You document your work for the accounts department so that it can be invoiced.
- You contribute your feedback in our internal meetings and help us to improve processes.
Your profile
- relevant vocational training or degree
- You have experience with fire protection technology and electrical installations.
- You are the kind of craftsman who always finds a solution.
- You are familiar with the relevant laws and standards and can apply them.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Class 3 or Class B driving licence

Our customers are mostly commercial or industrial companies that require technical fire protection solutions either in their own interest or due to requirements imposed by property insurers, for example.
We discuss the customer’s needs with them and then develop a tailor-made solution, which we offer to them. Often, several discussions take place over a longer period of time until the customer decides on a solution.
When an order is placed, the corresponding system is planned, installed at the customer’s premises or delivered to them, and subsequently checked regularly as part of a maintenance and servicing contract.
