Your responsibilities

  • You write invoices and monitor incoming payments.
  • You check incoming invoices and receipts and file them accordingly.
  • You will work closely with our tax office and prepare the accounts in Datev.
  • You plan and process payment transactions.
  • You create short-term financial and liquidity plans.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or degree
  • You have experience in accounting.
  • You have commercial skills and are excellent with numbers.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and can create your own spreadsheets that perform simple calculations.
  • You have experience with preparatory accounting in Datev.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP and CRM systems an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
