Your responsibilities
- You organise the managing director’s schedule and travel plans, book hotels, flight and train tickets, and arrange appointments with customers and partners.
- You create reports, analyses and presentations.
- You organise emails and tasks, prioritise and prepare solutions.
- You will assist in the preparation of quotations, take minutes of meetings and maintain the CRM system.
- You will provide support in marketing and corporate communications.
Your profile
- You have completed training or studies in business administration, taxation or law.
- You are communicative and articulate.
- You like to tackle several challenges at once.
- You are confident in using MS Excel and can independently create reports for management.
- You familiarise yourself with new systems and software with ease.
- Knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP and CRM systems an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
